Despite a broad mix of strategic approach, role-playing, body language and time management, the focus was always on our topic. The work was intensive and my sales colleagues were enthusiastic without exception.

In summary, it was a structured, thoughtful and instructive seminar. For the first time, I had the feeling that the participants are pretty much all at the same level of knowledge and have had similar experiences. Great! Mrs Merg was very well prepared, always had an answer to our questions and led the seminar in a varied and interesting way.

The spontaneity and relaxed nature of the trainer made the seminar an experience.
